Low Waste Relaxing Bath Soak
Sometimes a nice, relaxing soak in the bath with some epsom salts is exactly what the doctor ordered to help reduce muscle fatigue and provide your body with some magnesium. Add some lavender into the mix and you’ve got yourself one relaxing bath brew.
Epsom salts (can be bought in cardboard box to recycle)
Dried lavender (can be bought package free in bulk)
Combine the ingredients in your preferred ratio (though more epsom salts is advised) and keep in a container close by your bath. This can also be used as a foot soak mixture if you don’t have a bath tub available :)
